IT is vital to businesses today. Whether you are in the IT industry as a supplier of hardware, software or services, or a business that is dependent on IT, you need legal rights in that IT to continue in business. You also need to understand what your rights are.

What would happen to your business if a subcontractor claims to own the copyright in part of your software, or your website provider stops hosting your website?

If disaster threatens your business, we can advise on possible court proceedings and other remedies. But we prefer to help our clients to avoid disaster by having appropriate contracts.
